Byron focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and real estate law. His personal injury practice centers around motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, and insurance dispute with insurance companies. His real estate practice is geared toward commercial and residential litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction defect claims.
